Spokane Repeater Group
Spokane repeater Group provides wide area coverage on the 147.20 MHz, AK2O repeater. It's an open system, available to all responsible (explain) Amateurs, who seek a nice sounding system. It has wide area coverage in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. It supports Public Service for welfare messages and true emergencies to assist normal communications, should they be down or otherwise compromised.
Our friends in the West simulcast on the same frequency of 147.20. K7PP the trustee, Pete Policani, to provide great coverage in Western Washington. Both organizations have reciprocal repeater access on either side. The two Systems are separate, however have developed a mutual operating concept that provides amateur radio coverage almost anywhere in the State on 147.20.
